Smaller Parts Wiki consolidated from all Soljacic Group Buy2Pay Requisitions:

With records of all past lab purchases via CoupaHost, LLM-assisted creation of spreadsheets for optical components, opto-mechanics, electronics, etc.

These spreadsheets contain all components purchased by the group. E.g. if you are setting up a new experiment and want to know if the lab has something (such as specific focal length tube lens or filters for a certain wavelength), you can check these spreadsheets, and potentially contact who purchased it.

They are held in Google Sheets, and Gemini for workspace can help find things. The LLM API python script and instructions for downloading info from CoupaHost are also contained in the link.

Please email soljacic_group@mit.edu if you need to find out who is the current user of a piece of equipment that appears to be in use
