  • Didn’t know if on the Stories page, the story and picture of the student were one item together, or two different items on the page and seperate.

Task 1

  • got to the menu and didn't know what to do....confused about where to go....wording of menu was confusing. didn’t Found the wording of the main menu confusing. Didn’t know whether options were college specfic specific or tour specific, but guessed they were college specific.  Felt there was a consistency issue with the check in and main menu (you are checking into a tour, but the options on the main menu are for the college?).
  • clicked Clicked on a question text, not understanding that without realizing it was a queue of questionsunclickable.
  • Asked then when that didn't do anything, asked the question by typing question and then realized re-typing it. Realized it was a queue when it was entered again at the bottom of the list.

Task 2

  • liked Liked the back button * at the top. general stats → knew what it was for.
  • Felt like as though he was more accustomed to the app now and had a better sense of navigating it
  • got the to the general stats, was really unsure, but decided to swipe the graphs...was happy when it worked
  • getting the hang of navigating the app at this point.
  • Unsure of whether unsure of if he could click the questions on this page (inconsistency with the tour page maybe....)

Task 3

  • uses goocal religouslyUses google calendar religiously, would like to see a link to add to goocalhis google calendar.
  • Would on cpw....there would be a lot of items on a page, would want a filter system on the Events page.

Task 4 

  • hit picture on storeis stories page to set up a tour with student. Instinctively hit "schedule meetup" button very quickly
  • where and when intuitive, but confused at the 'what' field.
  • felt uncomfortable giving out phone number
  • Would prefer a checkbox to choose to share the number with the student.
