  1. aspirate off media
  2. add 500 uL PBS and aspirate
  3. Add 500 uL complete media
  4. add beta amyloid to 500 nM or other (500 nM=10)
  5. incubate in the incubator for 1hr 30 min
  6. move all buffers and reagents to the fridge
  7. move to cold room for 30 min
  8. 2hr
  9. aspirate media
  10. add 500 uL Cold warm PBS and aspirate
  11. add 500 uL Cold complete warm  complete media
  12. add streptavidin to a 10 ug/mL (5uL for our aliquot)
  13. Incubate at 4C in the dark for 1hr 30min
  14. aspirate media 
  15. add 500 uL of PBS
  16. Microscopy time!
