The Infrastructure Platform Support Team administers the technology platforms for the larger ZINC team and other parts of ISDA.
Our hours of operations are 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for Institute holidays.
We are making plans for on-call service 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
