Mailbox

Tech Squares has a mailbox on the 4th floor of the student center.  It's number B28 in the bank of post-office-box-like mailboxes outside of the UA office, within sight of the elevators. Ask an officer for the combo.  (We've been told that no one at MIT knows how to change the combination, so it would be good not to accidentally make it public, even though flyers for dances and checks for $10 made out to "Tech Squares" don't seem very theft-worthy.)

We should periodically check the mailbox for mail. But if there's anything important, shoving it in the briefcase to get lost is not the thing to do – that's how we have donation checks floating around that are many years old. Instead throw out anything outdated, put out any flyers that look interesting, and get someone to deal with anything important.
