Dashboard Production for the ACD system involves generating ACD reports using eOn Supervisor Workspace, and reporting sign-up sheet data from the http://web.mit.edu/scheduler/www system. The ACD.xlsm worksheet puts all this information into the same time series and calculates some variables from the raw report information.
