- Ran gel of all the PCR's
- Ladder, LilrB2 YFP 65, LilrB2 YFP 68, LilrB2 TCSG4 67, LilrB2 TCSG4 70, PirB YFP, PirB TCSG4, Cofilin YFP
Did not want to put in imager (DNA degradation)
Looks like only Cofilin worked. Other bands are too big and also too light. Possibly PCR did not work.
Cofilin concentration ~10ng/uL
- Picked more pENTR_hEF1a: PirB colonies, in case the one is incorrect.
