Purpose

The goal of the test would be to create a single TD testing and integration wikipage here (the current procedures are quite outdated): https://wikis.mit.edu/confluence/display/RocketTeam/Tender+Descenders. You should synthesize the procedures from what you remember from launch, the old procedures, the piston test procedures (https://wikis.mit.edu/confluence/display/RocketTeam/Piston+Test+Procedure), and this test log: (https://wikis.mit.edu/confluence/display/RocketTeam/Tender+Descender+Tests+April+5%2C+2018) The integration and safety sections of the new procedures should be written such that they can be easily incorporated into the master Hermes integration procedure. The other goals are to train more of the team to integrate tender descenders and to handle black powder, and to begin filling out the FireBolt firing log.
