Overview

On day 3 of the inaugural Spaceport America Cup Raziel launched to 10,205 ft in the 10,000 foot COTS Propulsion category. The flight was successful until the main failed to inflate. An investigation is underway. The rocket placed 2nd in the category with 830 points. This was the second flight of Project Raziel.

Parachute Anomaly

This is the state the main parachute was found in at landing. we suspect the main had been pulled from the deployment bag less than a second before it hit the ground.
