BTOW Calibration for pp500 data in 2009 STAR run

- Jan created a .hist.root file *
- Justin extracted slopes, a large .pdf file shows individual towers and slope. There is also a much smaller .txt file which contains softID, slope, and slope error for each tower.

- Acceptable solution: assume maxET=60 GeV @ ADC=4076 , eta-dependence =sin(theta)
