Immediate To Do's:

•  send CD79A-XTCSX-G4 for sequencing 
•  reSDM
•  transform SDM product
•  transform TRE:Gal4VP16 LR
• pick colonies for TRE:gal4VP16 (pick early to miniprep later today)
•  re-transform all of the SDM reaction product 
•  verify sequencing results
