Hermes (2017- Present)

Project Hermes was built as a high performance showcase of the team's growing abilities. Implementing a pyrotechnic operated piston, carbon fiber fin can, and team built motor in a minimum diameter form factor, Hermes 1 flew to over 30,000 ft. Hermes 2 is being built to fly in 2019.

Raziel (2016-2017)

Project Raziel was the Team's 2016-2017 entry into the Spaceport America Cup: COTS 10k category, earning 2nd place. It was originally intended for the SRAD 10k category using the Xaphan engine. The architecture was largely based on Therion. The project supported development of the airframe, custom chutes, Pyxida, Xaphan, the XRF sensor and multiple deployment methods, and Xaphan, the team's first custom solid rocket motor, and its support architectures.
