Tenure-Track Position - Operations & Decision Sciences

The School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the Operations & Decision Sciences Area starting July 1, 2013.

Qualifications for the position include a Ph.D. or completion of a PhD within one year and strong records or promise in both research and teaching.  Preference may be given to candidates with research and teaching interests in operations and supply chain management, and/or management science.

Successful candidates for the position must have:

- exceptional research potential including the ability (a) to publish in top-tier journals and (b) to maintain a highly productive research agenda;

- the ability to effectively teach core decision sciences, business analytics, supply chain management, and operations management courses at the undergraduate and graduate (MBA, MSc, and PhD) levels.
