Layout Plugin

This plugin contains macros which help you to organize your content into section (rows) and columns.

Creates a column and / or a row.

Name	Required?	Default	Description
width			Sets the width of the column. Use percentages (see example code).
border		false	Set to "true" to draw a border around the section and columns.
