Save the date for the 2012 MIT Energy Night on Friday, October 19 at the MIT Museum! We are now accepting abstracts for presenters HERE with rolling acceptance until Monday, October 1.

The MIT Energy Night is MIT's annual energy research showcase event.  In 2011, it attracted over 70 presenters and 1300 attendees.  Poster presentations covered energy research, start-ups, clubs, and initiatives.  This is a great opportunity to meet experts from various energy-related fields to discuss ideas for new energy research and business opportunities.  Topics include the production, transmission, consumption, policy and business of energy.  MIT Energy Night is free and open to the public.  More information can be found at http://mitenergynight.org.

Abstract submissions are open to all MIT-affiliated individuals.  Graduate students, post-docs, recent graduates, undergraduates, and professors are encouraged to present a poster on their energy research or start-up.  Prizes will be awarded for the best poster presentations.  If you have any questions, please contact the Content Directors, Rachel Hoffman (hoffmanr@mit.edu) and Simmy Willemann (simmyw@mit.edu).
