• Take B15T9 plate out of incubator, pick colonies
• Midiprep
  • S9TEV
  • B15T15
• Get aliquot of pENTR VP16Gal4 from Jeremy and start LR
• Possibly inoculate midi for B9T9 depending on sequencing results
• Digest all of the Syk-TEVp and Syk-tTEVp midis just to be sure (since there's an internal cut site that didn't get read in sequencing)

Wednesday's to do's

• Split cells
• Golden gate/transform B15T9
• Midiprep
  • A15T9
  • B3T15

  • B12T9
• Inoculate midiprep culture
