- December 1, 2024: Grad applications website closes.
- November 15December 9, 2024 - January 310, 2024 2025 - GAC Folder Reading begins (faculty review begins as soon as possible after this, as GAC reads are completed and I’m able to assign and pass along folders). Applications will have either one or two reviewers. Round 1 applications are due by January 5, 2024.
- January 10, 2025: Round 1 completed by this date. All folders have two GAC reads (plus additional DI&I reading where necessary). Applications with either have no further review or one reviewer.
- February 1, 2025: All faculty reviews completed
- February 5-7, 2025: Sector Admissions Meetings
- All decisions released morning of February 21, 2025.
- March 12-13, 2025: AeroAstro Open house
- April 15, 2025: Graduate Reply Deadline
- May 30, 2025: Wait List is released.
