- December 2-8, 2024: Triaging by Graduate Program Staff and GAC Chair.
- December 9, 2024: Round 1 Folder Reviews begin.
- January 10, 2025: Round 1 completed. All Round 1 folders have two GAC reads.
- February 1, 2025: All Round 2 reviews completed.
- February 5-7, 2025: Sector Admissions Meetings
- All decisions released morning of February 21, 2025.
- March 12-13, 2025: AeroAstro Open House
- April 15, 2025: Reply to Offer deadline

GAC 2021-2022 Schedule
- December 15, 2022: Grad applications website closes
- December 1, 2022 - January 3, 2023 - GAC Folder Reading begins (faculty review begins as soon as possible after this, as GAC reads are completed and I’m able to assign and pass along folders). Applications will have either one or two reviewers. Round 0 applications are due by January 3, 2023.
- January 13, 2023: Round 1 completed by this date. All folders have two GAC reads (plus additional DI&I reading where necessary). Applications with either have no further review or one reviewer.
- Mid-January: GAC Review Meeting
- February 1, 2023: All faculty reviews completed
- February 3-11, 2023: Sector Admissions Meetings
- Beginning week of Feb 21, 2023: Students notified of admissions decisions - all decisions sent by March 1, 2023.
- March 16-17, 2023: AeroAstro Open house
- April 15, 2023: Graduate Reply Deadline May 30, 2023
