- To have old computer equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, scanners, printers, etc) removed, go to Atlas and fill out a Campus->Service Request->Create Request form for recycling.
Before discarding unwanted equipment, contact Albert and Dan to please make sure any hard drives on the device that if the device has an MIT asset tag that it has been properly deactivated and that all confidential data has been securely wiped of all confidential data. Please contact Albert or Dan if you are uncertain how to do these steps. We'd be happy to take care of all steps of equipment disposal.
